[netconnect] Big trouble with UKO

Hello,

I've signed up with UKO but am having trouble dialling into them. I use Genesis
as per usual to dial up, but then after it says "configuring the interface",
and the connect window disappears (it does seem to connect sort of because it
says "CONNECT 44000") the LED stays red and I cannot do anything like
send/receive mail etc., although the modem remains offhook. Any ideas?
