This looks promising but if you put AT&V into AmTerm you get three settings,
and all mine said that %C(n) was %C1 this is not even the default, and as I
wanted %C2 I put this in the Init. string and my e-mail speed has gone from
2100 to 2200 cps. Evey little helps.
