Some listservs have a "twit filter" that stops people sending list
commands (subscribe/unsubscribe/etc.) to the list itself. The normally
only pick it up if the command starts a line and the line contains
less than three or four words.

I don't recommend that as part of a basic init string because it can
screw things up, but it's well worth trying once you've got everything
else working. I use S11=40.
