[netconnect] How ??

HI folks,
             I was trying to unlist myself from this group due to the size of the 
mails I am getting. I can't :-(  The system thinks I need this ML and won't let me go.
Iv'e tried unsubscribe in the subject with a plain E-Mail
Iv'e tried unsubscribe in the subject and in the body E-Mail
No joy;   I give up :-)
