Hello all,
I phoned up PowerC today I regards to the new A1200 mother board
that I purchased off of them in the knowledge that this would
enable me to use my PortJnr that I purchased from Active. I
didn't work basically. On speaking to PowerC about this and
according to the 40 - 50% or PortJnrs are actually shipped
faulty! And yet this has never been told in public before so I
thought I would. According to them Chris knows this, but when I
asked about this, to try and get a replacemt I got told that my
MB was faulty, but having tried two MBs now, I am sure this is
not the case.
So, why do people still sell it?
And, is this the case also with the IOBlix cards?
And another question for Chris, is it possible to get a refund
on my PortJnr or hopefully just replace it with a IOBlix? :)
As I have now just wasted �150 quid on a new MB.
I would be interested in anyone's comments on this; esp Chris.
