[netconnect] X-Stream ISP

Hello there,

    I recently setup an account with X-Stream, but when I tried connecting
to X-Stream with their free access number (0800 358 9800 an their URL is
http://www.x-stream.com), Genesis reported that the PAP authentication
failed.  Please can anyone explain what this means and how I can fix the
problem.
