They offer totally free calls at weekends, I believe.
After trying to join with them by lying and saying I had a PC, I
downloaded the software. I spent ages using a Hex Editor to try and
find the phone number their special software uses so I could put it in
Genesis, but to no avail.
I suspect that if you use the number given by Steven (and you don't
have his problem) then it'll be okay. Maybe the banner ads just don't
appear because only IE can show them. Who knows? I'll give it a try
when I have the time.
