Yes, as a matter of fact I do know!
Select *MUI* on the *Settings* menu.
On the MUI settings window, click the *Windows* option (urgh :-)
On the *Control\Positions* option, select *save on exit*
Click *Save*
Position your Dock Bar where you want it, then exit.
Ok!
