Are'nt you supposed to enter the serial code while installing NC2 ?
(my memory isnt the best, but thats how I remember it was done)
You could try to delete it and reinstall it.
Run snoopdos while installing to see if it fails to copy any files
If all fails again, you could try removing your PPC card and
reinstall NC2 again. If it works then reinstall the PPC card
and hopefully it still should work.
