Try installing it from scratch, at the end of the installation process, the
installer should ask you if you want to run Genesis now, it should then ask
you for your name and registration number, generate the keyfile and proceed
with you being able to setup Genesis to suit your needs. You shouldn't need to
deinstall it first, since as long as no keyfile exists, it should go to the
registration procedure anyway. When it asks where to put NectConnect, give in
the path where you have already installed, it should only install newer files
(which you don't have, so this speeds things up a lot ;-)). At the end, on the
question "Do you want to run Genesis now" (or something like it, I can't
remember the exact phrase) answer yes, and the registration progress should
start. If this doesn't work, you're installation script goes wrong somewhere,
and I gues you should try contacting Active again. Hope it works.
