Okay, I finally tracked down the problem. I was missing some files from the MUI installation which comes with the CDROM, namely NFloatText.mcc, NList.mcc, NListView.mcc and NListViews.mcp. I only discovered this after I found them in the Netconnect V2.3 upgrade on this months Amiga Format. I think perhaps Active should add them to their CD's MUI install, unless author's copyright prohibits them. These files were also not in my registered MUI V3.8, as they are third party.
