[netconnect] bsdsocket.library

Any one tell me what bsdsocket.library is.  Do I really need it?.
It appears to be missing from my netconnect bundle.   Snoopdos reports
a fail every thirty seconds when I'm in MD, even when I'm not doing
anything.

Weird?
