I think I will have to take issue with that :)
If anyone phones Free4all, and because no-one is available at the time has to
leave a message, we WILL phone them back ASAP, even mobile numbers.
The same is true if we can't solve the problem immediately, we will take the
customers number, and phone them back once we find a solution.
We also have a local-rate support line unlike some other free (or not) ISPs.
