My guess is that it is reading as a minimum time of 400 secs and
anything below this is registering as 0.
what you have to do is put in a time of 1 sec = 0.381 and time for 1
day is from 00.00 to 23.59.
In Britain we have three different rates and it gets a little
complicated, but just for the time you are talking about I think this
should work. Hope it works
