The problem seems to be a Mac style file header.  The giveaway is
TEXTttxt at the top of the text, which is the identifier for a Mac
TeachText/SimpleText file.  This should NOT appear in a saved file
though, so my guess is that their server is wonky.  The demo version
of IBrowse handles the page properly, so it might be something to do
with (clutching) HTTP (at) V (straws) 1.1 ??
