I have much the same problem. It's OK from V and MDII, but ALWAYS
crashes from the Dock Bar.
You might try removing the Data file (but that loses all your book
marks).
Hope someone can fix it.
I think Chris said that CM is completely replaced in NCIII. Hope so!
