Have you entered your user name correctly?
Freeserve is funny. For instance with UKOnline my email is
[EMAIL PROTECTED] & my user name is wysiwyg.
With Freeserve my email is [EMAIL PROTECTED] but my user
name is aughavey.freeserve.co.uk (all of it)
