This is done for a reason at Free4all, see below.

Its port 106, and you have to be very careful doing it that way, as it doesn't
allow you to confirm the new password. See the FAQ on our website for more
info.
The best way of changing it is to get us to change it for you.

At the moment you cannot change your dialup password with Free4all. We will be
offering this later but don't yet. That is why the Email ones are different.
All the passwords are random numbers generated by the server.
