Hi websters, My webpage has for a long time used a tag <BGSOUND SRC=xxxx>. This has worked in both the demo of AWeb and IBrowse. However Voyager ignores it. At first I though this was just another hole in Voyager but after W3C checking my HTML code I'm told that 'SRC' is not a known attribute. I removed this and the sound wasn't played. So I was hoping some HTYML wiz would be able to answer my question straight off without me trailing the web to find the answer :) What is the correct way to play a sample when a web page is loaded up? And how can I make that sample loop a number of times, or infinite if required? And does Voyager support and sound playing internally (with datatypes?) currently? Has this been added to the more recent Beta versions? Regards, Mike Carter. P.S. I just swapped from Free4All to UKOnline. Free4All was just getting beyond a joke with e-maikl. UKOnline seems so fasssstt now and it works a treat first time with Genesis! -- .--------------------------------- ---- - -- --------. | AMiGA 1200EZT 060/PPC@240Mhz,50Mb RAM __/\__ | | 3 HDD,DD&HD FD,4 CD-ROMS, \ o0 / bUDDa/S^D| | SCSI+IDE,56kModem,BVGfX,19"VDU /_ v_\ | `------------------------------- --- - \/ -- ------' http://fly.to/BuddasWurld ICQ: 29173597 _____________________________________________________________ NetConnect mailing list.
