I`ve thought of a better method. On the PC there is a program called
NetAccelerator, this sits in the background looking at all the links the
browser is looking at and downloading the next page. It`s not perfect but it
can sometimes make web browsing a lot faster. This could be intergrated into
Voyager and have the option of saving all the links it dl`s to a specific
directory for off-line viewing. This way when you are online you have a much
more efficient connection and when off-line you can view pages still, saving
the phone-bill!
