I think this helps quiet the fears of many who worried when the
original thing was said. Too many good companies (eg Hisoft) have
begun to market PC and Mac products, found them to be easier to sell
and have faded from the Amiga scene. Power Computing appeared to do
just that a year or two back, but are now back with a vengance (and a
big enough bank balance to have 4 or 5 page ad's in AF..).
Ok, you're a businessman and you want to make money. Fair enough. I
think its just that we'd all like to think that somewhere in there is
a man who likes the Amiga for what it is, not just as a business
opportunity. Maybe thats just a fantasy, whatever. So long as those
statements there about continuing development and support are true
and apply to Voyager, MD, and other popular stuff, I'll be very happy
about it :-)
I bought NC2, I even bought your hard-to-shift DOpus, and I'll buy NC3
when its out. I can only buy 'em once though!
Go make some money out of the PC market, they're a bit short of decent
software :))
Regards,
Ian
