True. It is taking BT about 3 weeks to change the account over, or at
least thats what it took for me. As for upgrading their hardware,
screaming.net said they were doing that this weekend but I havent seen
much evidence of this so far.
Transfers arent stalling anywhere near as often atm although thats
probably down to my new HyperCOM rather than because of any
improvement at screaming.net
If you do change to LocalTel/Screaming.net I can recommend Free4All as
a backup ISP as they are about the fastest ISP I've ever tried.
