I don't think it's any of these. At a guess, when a mail is downloaded
it gets 'encoded' into a mumbo-jumbly filename and stored in the
database. Since the same database is used for all accounts, the file
will be overwritten with the same thing. I suppose this is a bug then.
My (bad) suggestion is to have each account in a separate data dir.
ie. before you download, goto Settings/GeneralSettings/Misc and change
the data dir to one specifically for your account.
Not very convenient, but it should work.
