I get it sometimes after the modem fails to connect for 10-12 times in
a row: if you turn off the modem and then turn it on again, it stops
doing it (until you have another 10-12 connections failed!)
If on the contrary you get it from the very first time you try to
connect, then I've no idea ;-(
