I was just going to bed, when Dan Bigmore wrote this and I just HAD to read it:

Glad to hear it.

Hoorah!

Happens here to. It seems that when the tagline is inserted you get an
ellipsis (...) at the start. When you run tag-o-miga again from MD2,
it sees the ... and knows that a tagline has already been put in so
reverts back to the old file in T:MDblahblah.blah
You'll have to turn the GUI on in tag-o-miga so you can make sure you
can change the tagline if you want to (or just retype a new one).

Glad it was worth the effort.
<cue the new version of MD to arrive in a few weeks, with random
tagline support>

You're lying aren't you? You didn't get it working at all!
