I bought a copy of Netconnect2 at WOA, loaded it, & it worked fine for a
week.
Then it developed the same fault as you described.
I tried reloading, it loads the Wizard ok - but locks up when trying to go
online ( same as you described )
demo Miami works fine.
You also said you found the problem - but didn't say what it was
HELP !!!
