Ian Greenway reckons he knows a bit about [netconnect] Prioritised downloads, but
there's more to it than that.

This isn't quite the same, but a while back I asked if we could have a
feature where even if all connections are being used in Voyager, when
you visit a new URL one is made free for it to load, rather than
waiting for all your downloads. Olli said he would do something for
V�. (Don't know whether he has).
