Hi all. Just a quicky. There has been some discussion on the Amiga Format Bulletin about connection speeds/serial devices. I have written a program that analyses them. It's very simple and may not even work on other machines, but I like it. To use it, run netstat using rx amitcp:bin/netstat status >ram:packetlog for Genesis or path:dir/miaminetstat -s >ram:packetlog if you changed to Miami Then run my program and select the file ram:packetlog , or run my program with ram:packetlog as the only argument. Apparently, resends less than 5% are good, anything over 10% is too high. No-one may be interested but I thought I'd mention it. http://www.lantik.u-net.com/software/packetanalyser.lha is my program - only a 20k download. Ta ra, Paul C, peeved -- ... Q: How many surrealists does it take to screw in a light bulb? A: Two. One to hold the giraffe, and the other to fill the bathtub _____________________________________________________________ NetConnect mailing list.
