Can MD2 be put into "Offline Mode" so that it doesn't keep trying to
connect to the SMTP server every time I write a mail?
It's very annoying, as you have to wait for that window to appear, then
close the next one that appears saying "Couldn't connect...", especially
when you've got loads of mails replied to.
It's even doing it now when it's the first program loaded, so nothing else
can be opening the bsdsocket.library :(
