I have just accidentally stumbled upon a possible bug in Genesis:
When I change account to one which requires a password, only the first
eight characters of the entered password need to be present or correct
for it to be accepted. For example, if my password were:
fredbloggs1234 (Note Genesis requires it to contain numbers)
Then anything like:
fredblog or
fredbloggs1 or
fredblogxyzabcdef etc
would be accepted. Is it supposed to do that? I don't recall
anything in the docs saying the password is limited to eight chr's and
besides it was accepted when I entered it. Will this be fixed?
