[netconnect] MDII Bug

Hi, all

Has anyone else noticed that in the default editor (New Message)
window the little arrows at the bottom of the scroller bar sometimes
don't work properly?    Also, when that happens, clicking in the
window highlights the wrong line?

Any ideas?
