(Sorry if this was already posted - Listar returned a message I didn't understand after the first time I sent this) Hi. In MDII, I've been trying to download from newsgroups so that I can read the messages offline. However, when I subscribe to a group and download the messages, MD only gets the information about the message: when I click on a message to read it I get the following error: Unable to read message Unable to lookup the network address for news.ukonline.co.uk. Check the name spelling in the configuration I took this to mean that it is trying to log on to ukonline's news service, for which it will obviously need Genesis online. What am I doing wrong? Or am I expecting the impossible? Also, slightly OT, my A1200 is one of those Phillipines ones with no clock port (at least I don't think it has - any easy way to find out?). Can someone recommend a fast serial port because my poor 56K modem is being held up by my A1200. I don't have a tower, or Zorro, so is PCMCIA my only option?
