Hi,
I just had an idea for a nice little tool, probably
quite simple to do. Not sure if it is completely
relevant to internet applications (and NetConnect) -
maybe STFax?
Anyway I have a voice phone in one room and my modem
and Amiga in another. With music on I cannot hear the
phone ringing from the other room.
So it would be cool if a little tool could be started
in the WBStartup which would monitor the modem to check
for in comming calls. Then either pop up a requester
(as in ST Fax) or play a ringing sound sample or
something (configurable).
I think this would be a lovely little 'thing' to have.
Please forward the idea to whoever is most capable ...
such as STFax coder maybe?? Or does ST Fax have this
facility in a stand alone tool which doesn't take up
lots of memory or time to start (as ST Fax does, but I'm
*not* complaining here!!).
Regards,
M!ke Carter.
