Sorry to be a nuisance but I am confused.
In this reply you state that if an order hs been placed via the web
then you will have recieved it.
In your reply to e-mail ORDER ID718925940
yousay that a confirmation of order will have been sent.
I placed an order on 24 Sept via your web site, I have not recieved a
conformation of order.
I hope you can understand my confusion as now I don't know wether
or not you have recieved my order.
