Just got my NC3 and have been busy installing it. :-))))
This is an upgrade from NC2 so I had all sorts of accounts and users
and stuff set up for which I wanted to transfer to NC3. I ended up
having to manually copy prefs files across and things to retrieve my
Genesis accounts.. :( Maybe I missed something?
Anyway, what I want to know is, since I ran Octopus *before* I set up
the new Genesis (but *after* the installation had disabled the older
Genesis) I was unable to register online. The CD inlay suggests that
online registration is possible at a later date. How can I now do
that please?
And BTW, whats with the 90-digit alphanumeric serial code?? Some sort
of winning combination for the RC5 cracking effort? :-)
Its looking like a great package, teething problems aside, (hey this
ML has livened up a bit, eh? >:-] ) so well done to all involved.
