Hi all, The new NC3 version of contact manager refuses to accept my old database from the NC2 version. A week or two before NC3 was released, I downloaded the Contact manager 1.6 update on the advice of the Vapor update util. Despite backing up my prefs and database, the update didn't work, and on reinstating the older NC2 version, Contact manager no longer worked. I reinstalled MUI, all of the libs for contact manager and anything else I could think of, but nothing helped. Thinking that I could just wait until NC3 to import my database and be rid of the problem, I stopped trying. So: contact manager will load. My account exists in contact manager (jimmers instead of root). My database is about 14k, but when I load it or put it in the "jimmers" directory with the hotlist stamps, I get... nothing. I'm stumped. Has my database been corrupted? Any help would be useful and save a poor boy from having to rebuild my email contacts and favourite web sites.
