I don't want to appear rude (ok I will), but it really does help to put the
right information on your order, if you want us to process it! :)

ie. 8494593 or whatever it was, isn't a correct Solo credit card number. The
number starts 6767 and is rather a lot longer.

So, although all the NC 3's have gone out, the ones where we couldn't get
authorisation are delayed until tomorrow where we will mail everyone and
tell them that we couldn't process their orders. It's taken a few days to
get round to doing this due to the NC3 support palava and moving office.

Ulises you've mailed me about 10 times telling me your last four digits are
different from the one on your order form, thanks. I have this information
and your order should be with you later this week.
