is free. Charges would  apply only to odd services where there would
normally be a charge, like ordering an out-of-diary-date statement,
and as with any _*service* chargeyou`d have to be told well
beforehand, under the terms of the code of banking practice.

As with all services like this the blurb says something to the
effect of `we reserve the right to make a charge for providing
this service in the future` although as the net counts as a `low-cost
service delivery channel` (and boy, do banks like those!) I doubt they
ever will.
