Some guy around here has been mumbling again. Apparently he goes
by the name of Stephen Roffey.

Moving/sizing works okay here, although I did used to find if I did it
all a bit quickly (like randomly dragging them around like a madman)
it got upset. Maybe choosing default layout causes a similar effect.
