Don't worry, this log entry is harmless. SegTracker is a program that
allows applications (and users) to track the location of programs in
memory. It's part of the Enforcer package. If a program wants to to
take advantage of SegTracker's tracking abilities, it must call a
special function in exec.library called FindSemaphore() to access
SegTracker's public API. This way the program can detect if
SegTracker is present.
You don't have to install SegTracker if you don't want to.
