It's not actualy a problem as such, it is just that it seems to be showing
up since I re-installed MUI (reg) because I was getting random crashes that
I tracked down to NList.mcc, it seemed to have bcome corrupt in some way,
seems to be ok now, but if I run Snoopdos and start anything from Internet
Dock Bar segtracker shows up all through the log as failing. I thought it
may have been some memory managemant patch that is running in the background
but it is the program that is loading that is looking for segtracker.
    Thanks for the help.
