Thanks Michael,
I've altered the settings and let's see what happens. I'm keeping my
fingers crossed.
Thank you to all the others who replied to my
questions. I think I may have been a little unclear about the
connection problem. It wasn't to do with engaged tones, as I haven't
even been able to get a /dial/ tone! It has been entirely to do with
the software configuration.
I'll try Michaels advice and see if it clears things up.
