Hello,

Beat my message then (which should've arrived by now!)... =)

Fringing is not a problem, a well programmed HAM app can work very well, the
key is a well chosen base palette. On HAM-8 fringing should almost never
occur (you have 64 base colours!!!), and on HAM-6 the pictures may look a
little, blurred maybe, but still distingushable.

They better had, like I say, I have some AmigaOS Blitz Code Olli! It uses
AmigaOS functions, and it pokes binary values into memory for ultra speed!
(Oh yess!)

It was in the news section of AF128, the suite is a little different from
those shots (c. 1999 May), and comprises of a Word Processor, Database
(semi-relational), Spreadsheet (with charting), Organiser and lovely DTP
package. All done on an A1200T with Blitz BASIC (Blitz is very good, you've
just got to check everything you do!), it has taken a year and a half so
far, and is due for release in Q1 2000.

That's a very good point John!

I'm gonna have to explain this now, my company is known as Omega Research
UK, UK is part of the company's name, Amiga Format and others have taken it
as meaning where Omega Research UK is based, ie: the UK, but the UK is part
of the name! (don't ask me why!) I hindsight I should've registered it as
omegaresearch.co.uk, since two uk's could be confusing, I dunno. But the
company is called Omega Research UK not Omega Research! =)

Like I said, thanks so much! =)
