I have the same problem here.  I do use both V2 and V3 (not sharing the
same cache though) and there is DEFINITELY something fucked with V3.  It
happens whether I am using networked or local files.  Enforcer goes
mental.  Here's what happens when I start V3 fresh, go to a local page,
follow a link to another local page and then click back:

It'll no doubt be a small bug, but it's a bloody annoying one which makes
V3 as good as useless.
