I've seen this. Its done it with all V� prereleases too. I mailed a
fairly comprehensive bug report a while ago but I don't know if Vapor
wish to act on it since its related to a 3rd party "hack".
You can still gain *some* speed in V from FBlit and FText by excluding
the task "V" in FBlit. There'll be one or two enforcer hits as reads
from loc. zero but its harmless and wont crash. I use it all the
time.
The crash, btw, is when a ROM routine tries to copy large sections of
data into low chipmem.... Bang. :-(
