I totally agree with your thoughts on this. In the end I informed
Trading Standards about the way Active Technologies were failing to
tackle the problem (and Amiga Format as they have constantly plugged
themselves as "championing the Amiga cause" or words to that effect).
I *never* mentioned Olli to Trading Standards as I personally feel the
problem was not his responsibility - I bought my software from Active
Technologies. The fact that Olli stepped in to immediately fix this
problem when he became aware of this despite having no obligation to
do so shows to me that he is an incredibly responsible gentleman.

Yes this email client is NOT Y2K complient - blame it on no update for
Netconnect2 (and �30 for the update when I just want to fix the bug is
excessive!)
