If you point V to the directory without giving a file, it will create a page
which you can save to the directory as an index.html, or just recreate this
index page each time.
Works as long as there is nota filee called index.html/htm in the directory.

"graphics off" is easy.

httpresume, which you should have anyhow has an arexx script which does a
really good job of this.
Here, Graburl reports that it cannot find its port (bloody alcoholic) and
ABGeturl asks questions then gives an error.
