I've got N/C3 here, and my ISP is Ukonline, but have no problems with
genesis.
All I can suggest is reinstall a new genesis somewhere else on your
H/D,(there is a fresh copy on AFCD 49)
leave your original as it is for the moment. Then point octopus to the new
genesis and see what happens, if you get the same problem then it isn't
genesis.
