Hm I had this originally but I forget how to solve the problem - sorry!
However, now I get the thing whereby the computer doesnt like talking to the modem so
you have to click cancel and Connect again. This can sometimes take 3 or 4 attempts!
and when the phone is busy and I leave it doing its 10 trys it doesnt always get to
the end of the 10 - because it cant communicate with the modem.
Very odd, but I can live with it! (and yes - all the cables are in properly! :)
