I have to agree..I've been using it for around 6 years now and although in
almost all cases I agree the "standard" way is the right way, I really do
feel in this case that "Save as Plain Text..." and "Save as HTML..." would
be more appropriate.

It's like most things...usually, sticking rigidly to standards etc. is a
good thing, but you have to use judgement and occasionally it can be the
right thing all ways round to make a judgement that a slight deviation
from that is best for everyone.

This is all a pretty minor point really, but it did take me a while to get
my head around the menu options too, especially after the more meaningful
V2 ones.Definitely a lack of intuitivity (?) here...
